HOTT Homes Property Management is looking for an experienced residential property manager who is ready to join a growing team of property managers. We’re looking for experienced property managers who are comfortable managing single family homes, individually owned Condominiums and townhomes. Note: This position does not live in or manage apartments.
HOTT Home's Property Managers handle their own portfolio of properties. You set your own work schedule and be your own boss. Work part or full time. Take on as many or few properties as you would like. This is the ideal position for someone who needs flexible hours and is a self-starter who can work independently with little guidance. You can also continue to represent buyers and sellers through our sister company HOTT Homes Real Estate!
Position Requirements:
• Always available for tenants and owners
• Must be a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson
• Residential property management experience a plus!
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Meet with and sign new property owners
• Advertising properties for rent
• Tenant screening and leasing
• Periodic property inspections
• Provide daily or weekly updates to management

Compensation Plan
• 60/40 Commission split
• Typical Monthly Commission Payment $3000+ for 50 properties
Residential Sales Agent
HOTT Homes Real Estate is looking for real estate sales agents who are looking to join a quality sales brokerage. We’re looking for experienced or new agents who want the best for their real estate career.
Get real estate training from experienced agents and brokers who have extensive knowledge of buying and selling real estate. Work side by side with agents who are signing listings and representing buyers in this fast paced market. All the while getting set appointments every week with qualified buyers and sellers. NO COLD CALLING!!!
Position Requirements:
• All experience levels OK ( experienced or new agents )
• Sign buyers representation and/or listing agreements
• Must be a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Advertising properties for sale on internet and MLS
• Provide daily or weekly updates to management
