Who do you trust with Your Home?

SELECTING THE RIGHT REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT GROUP

The trick about selecting the right Realtor to manage your dearly beloved investment, your home is trusting that he/she will care for you and your home the way you would.  Secondly, it is critical they have the right people on staff or in association so that the right answers can be given a the right time.  The only way to make that possible is to know there background and where they come from, not just how many rentals or transactions they have closed. 

In the day of social media, much marketing exposure can be contrived and embellished, so how do you get to know your property managers or real estate professionals?  And how do you find out their record of transactions, evictions, and dreaded foreclosure history.  The answer to this question is simple, do your research.
  • Check their license status at bre.ca.gov and look under the comment section for disciplinary action and any other public comments.
  • Get references.  This is a job interview!
  •  Ask about their eviction record
  • Ask about their foreclosure record
If you were to research me you would find the following:
  • No disciplinary action or public remarks
  • References upon request
  • Me and my company have been dealing with evictions since 2006.  We do not handle tons; however, they do happen.  Typically evictions occur when we take over management of a home for an owner whom has placed a tenant in their home without doing the proper background check. At Advent we do the most complete background check available.  In order to keep evictions from happening in the first place.  We pride ourselves on developing great relationships with not only our owners, but with our tenants so that we can maintain a constant and nurtured line of communication.
  • I pride myself on the fact that none of my buyers have ever foreclosed on a home that I sold to them; 10 years of service.  The reason for this is that before they speak with one of my preferred loan officers I ask that they run a true and conservative report on their current spending habits to identify there home affordability.  Note:  Buyers will qualify for more than they can afford and unfortunately, realtors made a lot of money selling the most expensive option to their clients.  I refuse to do that.  I will take care of my clients before putting a penny in my pocket. NO FORECLOSURES AMONG MY CLIENTS.

I care and protect people the around me.  If you are one of my clients you will always receive the best that I can offer.  To ensure that my best is sufficient for the tasks at hand, I continue to educate myself and surround myself with professionals that can answer any questions that I cannot answer.
